Personal Training at Home

Whether you are trying to lose weight, change your body shape, improve your strength or flexibility - are recovering from injury, training for a specific event - or just want to feel more energised, we will design a unique programme for you to achieve your goals and motivate you all the way.  

justBfit offer an exclusive Personal Training service either on a one-to-one basis, or upon request, for small groups.  All Personal Training sessions are 1 hour long and take place at your home at a time convenient to you.  If you are unsure whether Personal Training sessions are for you, justBfit offer a 45 minute Taster session.

The first session allows us to find out about you, and includes the following:

  • your medical history
  • your physical measurements (body fat composition, hip-waist ratio etc)
  • fitness test (don't panic!)
  • your blood pressure
  • a chance for you to ask any questions, and for us to put your mind at rest

 After the intial assessment we will:

  • arrange personal training sessions to fit in with your schedule
  • discuss and help you set realistic goals to which you aspire
  • design a cutomised holistic programme tailored to those goals
  • help you monitor and regularly review your progress
  • support and motivate you throughout your journey with us
